Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access your account. vip1 will treat all activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify vip1 support immediately at [email protected].
vip1 is required to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification in accordance with its licensing obligations and anti-money laundering ("AML") policies. You may be asked to provide government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method at any point. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
Accepted KYC documents include CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), Pakistani passport, and utility bills or bank statements issued within the last 90 days for proof of address.
vip1 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank, UBL Bank, Meezan Bank, standard bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. vip1 targets processing of approved withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within ten (10) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
All account balances, wagers, and payouts are denominated in PKR. vip1 does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. Any conversion charges imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.
vip1 does not charge withdrawal processing fees for standard Pakistani payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and local bank transfers.
vip1 offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple and eligible games are specified in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion. If the requirement is not met within the stipulated period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
Players who have activated responsible gaming tools such as deposit limits or self-exclusion may have their eligibility for certain bonuses restricted. vip1 will not offer bonus incentives to Players who have indicated a wish to reduce their gambling activity.
All sports bets placed on vip1 are subject to the specific sporting rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, the official result declared by the relevant governing body shall be determinative. vip1 reserves the right to void bets placed after the official start of an event where the Platform has failed to reflect the in-play status in a timely manner.
Live casino games are governed by the rules published within each game interface. In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a live casino round, the outcome of any incomplete round will be determined in accordance with the game provider's rules. Where a round cannot be completed or its result cannot be verified, the stake will be returned to the Player's account balance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vip1's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vip1 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, that your account has been compromised, that suspicious financial activity has been detected, or that account suspension is required to comply with any legal or regulatory obligation.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting vip1 support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and vip1's standard AML review.
In cases where an account is closed by vip1 due to a breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, prohibited conduct as described in Section 7, provision of false information, or underage gambling — any balance held in the account, including both real-money and bonus funds, may be forfeited in full. vip1 will provide written notification of any balance forfeiture decision.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to vip1's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall in the first instance be referred to vip1's customer support team for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution procedure of vip1's licensing authority. vip1 commits to engaging in good faith with any formal dispute resolution process initiated in accordance with this clause.
Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
vip1 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, vip1 will provide notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.
